Open Settings from your account area to manage core account actions in one place.

Notifications

• Turn your daily digest email on or off.

Time display

• Choose your preferred clock format:
  • 24-hour (example: 20:45)
  • 12-hour (example: 8:45 PM)
• This setting affects in-game time displays, including incident timing in the game view.

Security & session

• Use Reset/change password if you need to update login access.
• Use Sign out to end your current session on this device.

Your data

• Export my data downloads your account data file.
• Delete account permanently removes your account after confirmation.

One-time beta zoo reset

If available on your account, Settings includes Reset zoo (beta, one-time).

What it does:

• Gives you a fresh zoo start.
• Keeps your account identity and login details.
• Requires typing RESET MY ZOO to confirm.

Important:

• This action is permanent.
• It can only be used once per account during beta.
