This policy explains how ZooRPG handles personal data when you use the game, website, mobile app shell, account features, feedback tools, purchases, and support routes.

ZooRPG is operated by Brian Walker.

Account data: email address, username, password authentication data, verification state, sessions, account settings, and deletion/export records.

Game data: zoo state, animals, enclosures, workers, inventory, events, achievements, quests, settings, reports, and progression history.

User content: feedback, submissions, profile/feed/story/comment text, and moderation records where those features are enabled.

Purchase data: order identifiers, product names, entitlement state, purchase history, refunds, chargebacks, subscription state, fraud checks, and platform or processor confirmations. Full card or bank details are handled by payment providers where applicable.

Diagnostics and telemetry: app version, platform, route/load status, sanitized error context, crash reports, performance data, and service logs.

Notifications: push token, device identifier, notification preferences, and quiet-hours settings after notification setup.

We use data to provide the game, authenticate accounts, save progress, run moderation and support, deliver optional notifications, send service emails, maintain security, debug problems, and improve reliability.

We also use data to process purchases, grant entitlements, prevent fraud and abuse, handle refunds or disputes, comply with platform rules, and meet legal obligations.

ZooRPG does not intentionally sell personal data directly. Third-party stores, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising partners, hosting providers, or other service providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies where they act independently.

ZooRPG may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, email, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, app stores, push notifications, fraud prevention, moderation, customer support, and infrastructure.

These providers may process data for us, or in some cases as independent controllers under their own policies. Their handling of data can depend on your device, store, payment method, location, and account settings.

ZooRPG uses cookies and local storage for login sessions, security, preferences, theme settings, and app functionality.

We keep account, game, support, moderation, and diagnostic data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, unless law, security, dispute handling, or backup integrity requires longer retention.

Players can use Settings to export data or request permanent account deletion where available. Some logs, backups, fraud-prevention records, or legal records may remain for a limited period.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data.

You can contact us to exercise privacy rights. We may need to verify your account before acting on a request.

ZooRPG is designed as a low-content-risk game, but it is not knowingly directed at children under the minimum digital-consent age in their region. If you believe a child provided personal data without the required consent, contact us.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own where ZooRPG or its providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required.
