Community Guidelines
Player safety and content rules for ZooRPG.
Effective 15 July 2026
Scope
These guidelines apply to usernames, zoo names, profiles, feed posts, comments, feedback, submissions, support messages, images or media if enabled, and any other player-visible or staff-visible content.
They also apply to behaviour that affects ZooRPG, its players, staff, infrastructure, stores, payment systems, or community spaces connected to the game.
Be decent
Keep ZooRPG friendly, inclusive, and appropriate for a broad audience. Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, intimidate, shame, impersonate, dox, sexually harass, or target people.
Do not encourage self-harm, violence, exploitation, abuse, dangerous behaviour, illegal activity, or real-world harm.
Do not use slurs, hateful stereotypes, extremist praise, dehumanising language, or attacks based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or veteran status.
Content standards
Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, pornographic, sexually explicit, graphically violent, exploitative, predatory, or unsafe for a general-audience game.
Do not submit spam, scams, phishing, chain messages, malware, suspicious links, misleading promotions, unsolicited advertising, or content designed to manipulate rankings, rewards, reviews, support, moderation, or other players.
Do not submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, database rights, trade secrets, or any other rights belonging to someone else.
Privacy and identity
Do not share someone else's private information, login details, contact details, location, screenshots of private account areas, or sensitive personal data.
Public surfaces should use usernames, not private email addresses.
Do not impersonate ZooRPG staff, moderators, other players, companies, public figures, emergency services, payment providers, or app stores.
Do not falsely claim authority, endorsement, affiliation, purchase status, moderation status, or special access.
Play fairly
Do not exploit bugs, duplicate items, manipulate purchases, abuse refunds, automate abusive activity, farm rewards through scripts, attack the service, bypass limits, or interfere with other players' accounts or content.
Do not reverse engineer, probe, scrape, overload, tamper with, bypass, or attempt unauthorised access to ZooRPG, its APIs, its payment flows, its moderation tools, its admin systems, or its infrastructure.
Report serious bugs privately through support or feedback so they can be fixed without harming the game.
Payments and account abuse
Do not use stolen payment methods, unauthorised chargebacks, fraudulent refunds, account sharing for paid benefits, marketplace resales, grey-market trades, or attempts to transfer digital goods outside the rules.
Do not buy, sell, trade, rent, give away, or share accounts, entitlements, virtual currency, items, boosts, or rewards unless ZooRPG provides an official feature for doing so.
We may remove entitlements, reverse rewards, restrict purchases, lock accounts, or ask for verification when payment abuse, fraud, account compromise, or platform-rule violations are suspected.
Reporting and cooperation
Use support or feedback tools to report abuse, unsafe content, account problems, purchase issues, security concerns, or serious bugs.
Do not submit knowingly false reports, weaponise reporting tools, evade moderation, retaliate against reporters, or encourage others to harass someone over a moderation issue.
If we ask for information to verify an account, investigate abuse, process a privacy request, or handle a payment dispute, provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person.
Moderation
ZooRPG may remove or edit content, hide profiles, reverse gains, remove entitlements, limit features, restrict purchases, mute, suspend, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, notify platforms, or take other action when content or behaviour breaks these guidelines, the Terms, platform rules, or the law.
Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, repeated behaviour, intent, risk to players, risk to the service, chargeback or fraud history, legal duties, and available evidence.
We are not required to host any player content permanently, to give advance notice before moderation, or to disclose security-sensitive investigation details.
Trying to evade moderation through alternate accounts, technical workarounds, name changes, payment methods, devices, or third parties may lead to further restrictions.
