Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to ZooRPG, including the web game, mobile app shell, account features, feedback tools, and related services.

ZooRPG is an online zoo management RPG. You must follow these terms and any reasonable in-game or community rules we publish.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address under your control so that password reset, email verification, and account notices can work.

You may export your data or delete your account from Settings where those controls are available.

Do not use ZooRPG to harass people, submit unlawful content, disrupt the service, abuse bugs, scrape private areas, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other players.

Do not upload or submit content that infringes someone else's rights, contains malware, exposes private information, or is hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise unsafe for a general-audience game.

ZooRPG may change over time. Features, balancing, events, rewards, and content may be added, removed, reset, or adjusted to keep the service healthy.

We try to keep the game available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, data recovery, or security work may affect availability.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as feedback, profile text, comments, and other player-facing text, but you give ZooRPG permission to host, display, moderate, and use it to operate and improve the service.

We may remove content or restrict accounts when needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or service integrity.

ZooRPG may offer paid features, subscriptions, virtual currency, boosts, cosmetics, consumables, premium access, downloadable content, or other digital goods.

Purchases may be processed by app stores, payment processors, platform providers, or other third parties. Their terms, billing rules, refund rules, taxes, parental controls, and dispute processes may also apply.

Digital goods have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money unless ZooRPG expressly says otherwise.

We may change, rebalance, replace, remove, suspend, or limit paid content where needed for security, law, platform rules, service health, account misuse, or game balance. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Except where required by law or the platform handling the purchase, purchases are final once delivered or used.

ZooRPG is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
