Player Profiles
Every player in ZooRPG has a public profile page that shows off their zoo, stats, and favourite animal.
Accessing Your Profile
Open the Profile tab in the game (the last tab in the tab bar). This is your profile editor — you can update your bio and favourite animal here.
Your public profile is available at:
zoorpg.com/profile/[your-username]
Anyone with the link can view it — no account required.
Profile Contents
Zoo Name & Bio
Your zoo's name appears at the top of your profile. Below it is your bio — a short description of your zoo or your playstyle (up to 280 characters). Click the bio area in the Profile tab to edit it inline.
Stats
Your profile displays four key stats at a glance:

| 🍼 Births | Total number of animals ever born in your zoo |
| ⭐ Popularity | Your zoo's current popularity score |
| 📦 All-Time | Total animals ever owned (including deceased) |
Days Active & Login Streak
- Days active — the number of distinct days you've played ZooRPG
- Login streak — consecutive days you've logged in (resets if you miss a day)
- Joined — the date you started playing
Favourite Animal
You can nominate one animal as your favourite. It appears as a featured card on your profile showing:
- Name, species, and rarity badge
- Current health and hunger bars
- Age (in days)
- Traits
- A link to their family tree
Setting a Favourite Animal
In the Enclosures tab (inside the drawer) or the Animals tab, click the ⭐ Fav button on any animal card. The star turns gold when that animal is your current favourite.
You can change your favourite at any time, or remove it entirely from the Profile tab.
Tip: Only living animals can be set as a favourite. If your favourite animal dies, the slot is cleared automatically.
Public vs Private
Your profile is always public — anyone with your link can see it. There is no private mode. Avoid putting sensitive information in your bio.
Editing Your Profile
All edits are made inline on the Profile tab:
- Bio — click the bio text to open a textarea. A character counter shows how many characters you have left (max 280). Hit Save to confirm or Cancel to discard.
- Favourite animal — click Change Favourite to open a picker showing all your live animals. Click any animal to set them as your new favourite.
- Remove favourite — click the Remove button below the current favourite card to clear it.
Changes are saved instantly to the server.
Account tools
Account management actions now live in Settings.
From Settings, you can:
- export your data,
- use the one-time beta zoo reset (if available),
- and permanently delete your account.
Important notes
- Account deletion is permanent.
- After successful deletion, you are logged out automatically.
- You are redirected to the homepage with a confirmation message.
