Daily Visitor Reports
Every day at midnight (in your zoo's timezone), the game generates a Daily Visitor Report that summarizes how visitors felt about your zoo. These reports provide valuable feedback and directly impact your zoo's popularity.
How It Works
Each report includes:
- Complaints - Issues that visitors noticed (negative points)
- Highlights - Achievements and positive experiences (positive points)
- Daily Score - Sum of all points, ranging from -100 to +100
- Popularity Impact - Modifier applied to your zoo's popularity based on the score
Scoring System
Your daily score determines how much your popularity changes:

Visitors will complain about these issues (all that apply):
Cleanliness Issues
- Dirty Enclosures (-10 points)
- Triggered when average enclosure cleanliness is below 50%
- Keep enclosures clean with janitors or cleaning items
Animal Welfare

- Triggered when more than 30% of animals have hunger above 70
- Feed animals regularly with keepers or food items

- Triggered when average animal health is below 60%

- Triggered when any enclosure exceeds its capacity

Viewing Reports
- Click the ๐ Reports button in the game header
- A red badge appears when you have an unread report
- The panel shows:
- Today's report (or latest available)
- All complaints and highlights with point values
- Popularity impact
- History of past reports
Tips for Better Scores
- Keep It Clean - Maintain cleanliness above 80% for consistent positive scores
- Staff Properly - Ensure every enclosure has keepers, vets, and janitors
- Monitor Health - Don't let animals get sick or hungry
- Avoid Overcrowding - Upgrade enclosures as your animal population grows
- Build Attractions - Even basic attractions help your score
- Breed Wisely - Rare and legendary births give huge bonuses
- Complete Quests - Hard quests provide significant highlights
Frequency
Reports generate once per day at midnight in your zoo's timezone. New zoos receive their first report on day 1.
History
All past reports are saved and can be viewed in the History section. Track your progress over time and see how your zoo management improves!
