Worker Levels + Speed Scaling

Workers now gain XP as they automate tasks and level up over time. Higher level workers can perform more actions per tick, so bigger zoos won’t outpace a small staff.

Highlights:

  • XP + levels on workers (visible on worker cards).
  • Action budget scales with level (faster throughput).
  • Admin tools can adjust worker level if needed.

This should stop early game staff from falling behind as you add more animals.
