Zoo RPG Dev Log #5 — UI Cleanup + Quest Toggle

UI Cleanup Pass
A small polish wave just landed on the game screen:
- The Quests & Challenges panel now has a tidy Show/Hide toggle.
- Weather is always visible (no dropdown), with severity and countdown.
- All other collapsible panels default to hidden, so the page opens clean.
- The redundant Shop card ("Buy animals... Open Shop") is removed — the Shop button in the header is the only CTA now.
If anything feels too hidden, shout and I’ll tune the defaults.
